Instructions for Offline Admission Form:

• Admission opens for classes Nursery to IX.  It is mandatory to fill all the details. Submission of Application does not guarantee admission.
• Incomplete / Incorrect forms will not be processed.
• The decision of the School Selection Committee for admission would be final.
• Transport facility is available on existing routes only.
• Please note that no form will be accepted without Date of Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation / Authority.

Following documents are required with the Registration Form:

• Certified copy of transfer certificate (if applicable).
• Copy of Report Card of previous class.
• Two recent passport size photographs of the Student, Father & Mother.
• One certified copy of Child's Birth Certificate (if applicable).
• Copy of Aadhaar card (Student, Father & Mother)
• Address Proof

Please note:

• Parents are requested to upload (Dob of the child, One Passport size photograph & Address Proof) on website.
• Rest of the documents are need to be submitted at the School Reception.
• Please fill the Aadhaar card number of (Student, Father and Mother) in the form.
• Original documents of the submitted photocopies should be made available for verification when school reopens.
